How much does Poetic cost?
$180 USD, paid once through the Shopify Theme Store. It’s a lifetime license for your store, with no subscription.
Can I try Poetic before buying?
Yes. Add Poetic to your store from the Theme Store and customize it as much as you like. You only pay when you publish it.
Which preset should I choose?
Start with the preset closest to your brand and products. All five presets are part of the same theme, so the sections and settings are the same. They differ in their starting fonts, colors, layout and content.
Is store setup included?
No. Your purchase includes support for questions about using Poetic. If you’d like our team to set up your store, that’s a separate paid service: Standard $120, ready in 2 business days, or Rush $150, ready within 24 hours.
How do updates work?
Updates are free. We release new features and fixes regularly, and you install them from your Shopify admin. The latest version is 1.6.1, released October 15, 2026. Release notes are in the changelog.
What support do I get?
